Minimum 3-hour booking
Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM
Events must end by 12:00 AM (midnight)
Staff may briefly access the property between 11:00 AM–3:00 PM for operational needs
If your event requires more than 50% of the cabins, the entire property must be booked, including all cabins + the cottage.

Within 90 days of the event a non refundable deposit of 20% is required.
